Course structure

To attain the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (Mechanical Engineering), students will be required to complete 384 credit points consisting of:

96 credit points of First Year Core studies;

Students are required to produce documented evidence of the completion of 12 weeks professional experience.

Students need to have a Gaokao or National College Entrance Examination (NCEE): Lower cut-off score for Tier 2 universities3. Entry into undergraduate courses (for example a bachelor degree) generally requires you to have completed a secondary school qualification equivalent to an Australian Year 12 certificate. Pearson Test of English (PTE): Overall score of 50-57 (no section score less than 50); University of Cambridge - Advanced (CAE): Overall score of 169. No individual band less than 169. VU English - English for Academic Purposes (EAP) (Level 5): achieved.
