The combined Physics/Education program provides more physics training than the regular B.Ed. science education degree, and is an excellent choice for those who wish to pursue a career in teaching. The program includes, in ten semesters (including internship), all of the physics and math classes necessary to receive the regular B.Sc. degree with a major in physics and a minor in mathematics, and all of the education classes necessary for the B.Ed. degree. At the completion of the program, the student will receive two degrees, a B.Sc. and a B.Ed.

English Language Proficiency Requirements: TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) - Internet Based: Overall 83; Reading: 20; Listening: 20; Speaking: 20; Writing: 20; IELTS - Academic: Overall Band score of 6.5, with no band less than 6.0; CanTest (Canadian Test of English for Scholars and Trainees): Listening 4.5, Reading 4.5, Writing 4.0; Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic: Overall score of 59, No area with less than 59; CAEL (Canadian Academic English Language Assessment): 60; MELAB (Michigan English Language Assessment Battery): 85; CELT (Comprehensive English Language Test): 60. GCSE/IGCSE/GCE O' Level English, English Language, or English as a Second Language with a minimum grade of '6' (grade of B prior to 2017) or GCE A/AS/AICE Level English or English Language with a minimum grade of 'C'.
