Bachelor of Science (Hons) (Food Science) exposes students to an in-depth understanding of food processing, food texture, flavor, nutritional composition, sensory and food safety for development of nutritious food product.

Programme Structure

Students will be exposed to an in-depth understanding of food processing, food texture, flavour, nutritional composition, sensory and food safety that are essential for the development of nutritious food products.

This programme is compatible with the new Taylor's Curriculum Framework that allows students to mix & match study modules.
