Pursue a career in live entertainment by bringing artistic performances to life. This unique program offers hands-on training in production management, creative technologies and design applications for live performance and entertainment. You’ll gain leadership skills to develop, produce and manage theatre, dance, music and a wide range of live productions and get training in all aspects of a live show, including props and costumes, lighting and sound, technical production, stage management and publicity and marketing. You’ll learn from and work with visiting directors, choreographers and other artists, complete an independent project and access Toronto’s live performance industry. Upon graduation, you’ll be prepared to work in design and production of large corporate events, live concert events and innumerable theatrical and dance settings.

After Graduation

Make an impact on Canada’s performing arts industries with advanced training in this vibrant field: work in stage, film, television, festivals and concerts. You may work as a director, costume designer, stage manager, lighting designer or event producer. Or, pursue graduate studies in the arts.

This is a Grades-Only program. Students are evaluated on the basis of academic achievement/grades only. Additional non-academic requirements are not required for admission consideration.
