The Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management (BCom) is a fully integrated undergraduate completion degree. It comprises years three and four of an undergraduate degree and is delivered as a 12-month accelerated on-campus or a 24-month blended study program. Students work through a defined program of study that equips them to proactively identify and pursue opportunities and effectively marshal and manage the necessary resources to create value. The BCom is focused on enabling students to be successful innovators, be it in new businesses or in implementing new ideas within established organizations. Underlying this focus is developing an understanding of responsible and sustainable business practice.

This program is ideally suited for ambitious entrepreneurially-minded individuals: people who seek to create value, make a difference and drive results either as a prototypical entrepreneur, an internal change agent or as a community catalyst.

You are enterprising, resourceful and adaptable or seek to become so. You've got the drive, ideas, and energy to launch your own business, lead your current organization to success, or accelerate new ventures. We've got the mentors, practical tools, and real-world experience to fuel your entrepreneurial vision and empower you to identify and leverage new opportunities.

You have a minimum of two years of related work experience and have completed a diploma or at least two years of an undergraduate degree and are looking to advance or create your own career. If you do not have the formal academic education to qualify for standard admission you may be assessed on the basis of your work experience and combination of your formal education and informal learning, in accordance with the Flexible Admission Policy.

Our curriculum strikes a balance between individual and team-based learning. You will be a member of a cohort-based learning community, wherein you will collectively progress through a fixed menu of courses at a set pace. While you will be engaged with many team-based projects you will also have the opportunity to relate the learning acquired to your individual passions or pursuits.
