You have the opportunity to work with faculty who are nationally and internationally renowned artists and music scholars. The program also leads you toward completing an Oklahoma State Teacher's Certificate.

Students graduate from OSU prepared to be successful in a wide variety of musical careers that include performance, teaching, working in the music industry, and beyond. Our graduates have pursued successful careers in a variety of fields: Teaching in public schools; University positions as faculty and conductors; Professional artists; Music industry/commercial artist; Music Therapist; Concert Hall Manager; Symphony Manager; Music Critic; Instrument Repair Technician; Piano Tuner/Technician; Music Librarian; Recording Industry Technician.
