The landscape of work is rapidly evolving – questions around managing human and hybrid teams, as well as managing operations in a digital world, are only some of the contemporary issues currently faced by managers and HR professionals.

In the Master of Management, you’ll gain specialist management knowledge and skills to respond to the challenges and opportunities of the fourth industrial revolution, all while considering the implications of global operations on the circular economy in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. You’ll also learn how to seek innovative solutions to complex management problems, and you’ll do so alongside experienced professionals from a variety of industries.

The focus of this course is directed toward the development of management capabilities in the context of dynamic organisational environments. It is aimed at career professionals who are looking to strengthen their career progression, enhance their management knowledge and skills, and develop advanced theoretical and practical skills in strategic management to improve opportunities for themselves and their organisations.

People, culture and human resource strategy
Explore the complexities of managing diverse and global workforces, and build an advanced understanding of work and employment relations in diverse organisational structures and a rapidly changing landscape.
