This course combine your preparation studies with an undergraduate degree in a single study plan. During your first year of study you will develop your undergraduate academic skills while improving your English language abilities, and after successful completion you will continue directly to Year 2 of your Scottish degree. This means that you can complete your degree in the same amount of time as direct entry students.

Combining your preparation studies with your undergraduate degree in a single study plan, you can choose from a range of degrees including BA (Hons) Accounting, BSc (Hons) Biological Sciences, BA (Hons) Business Studies, BSc (Hons) Computing Science, BA (Hons) Journalism Studies, and BA (Hons) Sport Studies.

During Year 1 of the study plan:

  • develop the knowledge and skills for your chosen degree through a specialist pathway
  • adapt to studying in the UK thanks to modules designed to equip you with the skills you need for university
