The Bachelor of Business is informed by the latest business research and employer feedback, and your final year includes invaluable workplace experience, an applied project or a new business venture. The discipline of economics is founded on the three fundamental fields of microeconomics, macroeconomics and econometrics. Concepts from these areas can be combined to provide answers to some of the most pressing problems facing the world, such as poverty, unemployment, climate change, crime and inequality. Alternatively, they can be applied to the commercial sphere, and can address issues like domestic and international competition, consumer and firm behaviour, world trade and finance, and economic growth and development.

A Tier 1 score in the National University Entrance Examination (Gaokao) at a recognised institution. English Language Requirements: IELTS score 6.0 overall with all bands 5.5 or higher; TOEFL iBT score 80; Minimum overall score of 52 in CAE prior to 2015 or a score of 169 in CAE from 2015; or a score of 50 in Pearson (PTE); or B/B+ in Certificate in English for Academic Study (CertEAS); or grade B in GIE.
